The 3DS has a digital camera facing inwards toward the player along with 2 outer cameras along its upper edge that see the world in 3D allowing for the creation of 3D photos. All 3 cameras have 640 x 480 resolutions with single focus lenses that use the CMOS capture element.

The 3DS is even more user-friendly with the Adjustable Stylus, allowing players even more comfort with a simple push or pull. You can keep your system powered with the included Charging Cradle While in Sleep Mode, the 3DS can communicate via SpotPass at any time of day or night.

StreetPass communication brings fellow players together in exciting new ways like never before. You can make virtual connections with real world people and exchange data like Mii characters, high scores and custom characters.

The 3DS comes with a 2 GB SD memory card that can store 3D photos, sound recording and music from your PC as well as games downloaded from the Nintendo eShop. The 3DS has SDHC card compatibility to increase storage space even more. The 3DS utilizes a frequency of 2.4GHz for local wireless communication and access to the Internet through wireless LAN access points.

Accessories included with the 3DS are the Charging Cradle, AC Adapter, Adjustable Stylus, 6 AR cards and the 2 GB SD card.
